To Whom It May Concern:

My husband and I were faced with a foreclosure date of April 27, 2010. After a failed loan modification attempt and numerous short sale experts telling me that it was too late for a short sale. Our realtor introduced us to Brian; that date was April 19th. Brian explained very clearly the entire process of a short sale, his confidence in his success helped boost my own. I remember saying to him, "we are due to foreclose on the 27th and the lender will not agree to a short sale". While I was doubtful, Brian's push at giving this a try and not losing our home to a foreclosure was just too overwhelming to walk away from. We felt so relieved from Brian's confidence at being successful that we no longer lost sleepless nights. April 21, 2010 about 8 pm our home went up for sale (without a sign) on April 22, 2010 I received a call that we were starting to get offers on our home. The Lender was not very forthcoming with Brian, he is dedicated to the point that while at a doctor's appointment with his children he was still negotiating with the lender and on the evening of April 23, we received our letter of acceptance for the short sale. We could not believe it! Everything that Brian said would happen did, in the exact order. There should be more people in the world like Brian - we didn't pay any money upfront or out of pocket. I was surprised by that as well, so many of the companies out there now willing to help ask for a fee first and or do not want the headache of hard work. While I am not sure it seemed that he welcomed the challenge. Either way - I feel that God brought Brian to me and my family. I am unsure of where we would be now if it was not for his dedication to his work.
